This is how it all started…

I began my writing journey many years ago. In December of 2024, it became a focus. I started meditating and the ideas and creativity flooded me. A sense of knowing it was the right time, was clear. A new journey was unfolding, and I was excited to see where it would take me. So, this is all relatively new but I am seizing the moment and fully embracing the new path I am on.

About Me

Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I love being outdoors–hiking, biking, going for walks, playing tennis, kayaking, and immersing myself in nature. Part of my inspiration for the stories I write, comes from nature — the calm, the beauty, the unexpected discoveries. It also comes from being around people, listening to their stories, their passion, their heartbreaks and their celebrations.

My life motto is to “Live life fully, laugh often, and love deeply.”

I passionately believe in spreading kindness every day, embracing the words, “Kindness is free to give, but priceless to receive.”
